I have been using it at work for the past couple of hours. Derek and Maya, flying out of the Rangitikei. I thought I was buying the pen to look at, cos I like the Caramel Macchiato. I certainly did not want to fight it for another day, or fight my ten-thumbs, two-left-feet self. NAKAYA (I use my Nakayas the most of my pens). When I ordered the pen, I sortv thought, eh, I'll like it and all, but I probably won't use it much, cos. Red head only fans accounts do not come any hotter than this, and this gal is sure to set your heart afire. No freon/RG134 needs to be added unless you disassemble in the future.

OH! And the steel F nib! - I said that I liked my F line a bit thinner than usual, and Shawn NAILED it! It is perfect! This will cool a substantial ice box (mine is 2 compartments each about 2x1.5x2 ft.) & comes pre-filled with freon & special connectors (one time use) that let you install the cooling plate & run the lines through a small hole & then hook it to the compressor.
On this scale the poblanos max heat is considered 1,500 (SHU is the unit) and jalapeños are 8,000. There is an actual scale that is used to rank peppers by the level of heat they pack. As a reference, jalapeños are 5 times hotter than poblanos. I couldn't be more pleased with this pen. Poblano peppers are considered a fairly mild pepper. This pen is perfectly made - the seams are seamless (that is, can't detect the seam by rubbing a thumb over it - beautiful job), everything looks and feels perfect.
